Property Details

Casa Espiga is one of those rare homes where the beauty, charm and authenticity all come together.
When you first enter this bright, spacious hacienda, you immediately feel what elegant living in Mexico was about.  Even though you are only minutes from the town center it will be hard to leave the park like setting that Casa Espiga offers.  Imagine sitting in the center courtyard of this hacienda where flowering plants and trees are always blooming.  So often as the fountain flows its cool waters, we often see a hummingbird come for a drink
Each of the bedrooms are large and the rooms and hallways are adorned with lovely art.  The kitchen is a gourmet's delight.  Every convenience is offered and nothing is overlooked.  Even the tiled bathrooms take you back to a place in history that you may wish never left us.
On the rooftop terrace, the views of San Miguel lit up at night are magnificent.
This is truly a rare home to enjoy.

El Centro is the heart of the City and you can find a variety of stores, art galleries, boutiques, workshops, restaurants and bars.
